1. Delivery Protocol
Standard delivery is 2.000 BHD. Orders 10 BHD+ qualify for automatic free delivery across Bahrain.
2. Refund Window
Requests must be made within 48 hours. Items must be in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
3. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges apply only to items marked "Exchange Eligible" on product pages. Inspection is mandatory.
4. Live Inventory
We use a real-time stock system. If an item is "Unavailable," it cannot be ordered until restocked.
5. Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery or BenefitPay transfers. No automated online gateways are currently active.
6. Order Cancellations
Free cancellation is allowed before dispatch. Once "Delivering," standard refund rules apply.
7. Damaged Goods
Report transit damage within 24 hours. Verified claims receive immediate replacement or full refund.
8. Product Warranty
Items are sold "as-is" unless manufacturer warranty is specified. HAM-STORE covers the first 48 hours.
9. Liability Limits
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. No indirect damages covered.
10. Buyer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate data and be available during the 1-2 day delivery window.
11. Personal Seller Notice
HAM-STORE is a personal operation. Transactions are private agreements subject to Bahraini Law.
12. Unforeseen Events
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
13. Information Security
Your details are used only for fulfillment. We never share data with third parties.
14. Jurisdiction
All disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
